We had a real good stay in a long time. There was so very friendly staff and the service was good. The breakfast was great, the check in was early.

A wide range of great breakfast items to choose from. Exceptionally comfortable bed, heated room with a nice view. Early check-in and friendly check-out, parking in the street. Modern interior, good restaurant.

friendliness of the staff was particularly positive. for example, they asked us once if we would like to go on a boat tour, had already bought the tickets in advance and offered them to us for the purchase price. so we did not have to queue and had an experience which we would not have come up with on our own. we noticed the meticulous cleanliness very positively. there was not even a grain of dust to be found. moreover. cleaning service adapted to our needs without being asked, for example by allowing more towels, location is of course a highlight. as the arc de triomph is very close by and therefore also important traffic connections. we could reach everything except sacre coer on foot, air conditioning was also very worthwhile in the hot temperatures.
The view was a farce. We looked into a narrow ugly courtyard, the windowsill is low and you shouldn't leave the window open if you have children with you. But the view was not important for us, as we hardly stayed in the hotel. But those who want to have a room with a nice view should ask for a room at the other side. There, it seems to be wonderful. The second point of criticism was the sufficient but uncreative breakfast buffet. The eggs were very hard and there was neither fresh fruit nor vegetables. If one came shortly before the end of the buffet, some of the items were already sold out. The biggest point of criticism are the parking possibilities. It was stated that there were some available, in fact it was a parking garage across the street for 25€/day. There are hotels that have included this in the price.

Would recommend for a flash stay
Clean room, conveniently located, with great restaurants nearby and a supermarket just across the street. It's only a short walk from the nearest metro station.
Don't have any issues at all.

The Hotel is in a good part of Paris and the staff were only too pleased to assist in any way that they could

Breakfast is ordinary, quite acceptable; location is convenient, although it is not the city center, place is not far from the subway, pleasant area, next to the Park Monceau.

With a family crisis being dealt with --- my father took ill and was hospitalized in Paris --- the Pavillon Monceau was ideally located, close to Neuilly. I would like to commend 2 staff members for their friendliness, assistance and overall excellent customer service. Those are Andre and Maria. Since we ended up at the hotel for 3 nights, I had many occassions to turn to them and rely on their guidance and help. They made a stressful situation with my father far less so.
The bathroom in the Standard Double Room is very small! Hard for a regular- sized American male to use it comfortably.

The magical balcony moment
Our little balcony was a perfect spot to wind down after exploring the city, with lovely views that felt Parisian.
Unfortunately, the noise from the street made it hard to have peaceful evenings. Not quite the serene retreat we hoped for.

The ladies and gentlemen at the front desk were very nice. We were given tips on what to do in Paris. Where to eat well.. The rooms were always super clean! Breakfast was great for Paris. Was also the reason I booked there.
The lady of my breakfast was constantly overwhelmed. Even grumbled when my friend asked if she could refill some sausage. instead of responding to the wishes of the customers, she took care of other things and kept everyone waiting. however, i must also say, in her defense, that the woman has to walk far too long distances to bring, as to place and place. And one more employee would certainly not be wrong. Because such a constant stress is hard for everybody. Then the elevator broke, so we always had to walk to the 4th floor. :-(

The room we stayed in was comfortable, with fantastic beds that ensured restful nights. The location allowed easy access to local restaurants and a charming bakery nearby, perfect for enjoying buttery croissants. The quick charge before arrival raised some concerns, even if the staff's communication alleviated them somewhat.

Internet access is quite difficult and speed too low. Cleaningless of the room. Noise. Half of the staff was quite unfriendly. Furnitures quite old. Not appropriate for children.
